David Franklin, PsyD is a clinical neuropsychologist at the UCR Health Inland Empire Psychiatry Center. Dr. Franklin received his master of sciences in healthcare administration from California State University, Long Beach, and received his doctorate in clinical psychology and neuropsychology from Alliant International University. Dr. Franklin has conducted research presentations in the use of Pagoclone, Olanzapine, and Risperidone in the treatment of stuttering, concussions, and dementia. He currently serves as the Director of the Elder Abuse Forensic Program at the County of Riverside as well as the Health Science Associate Clinical Professor at UC Riverside School of Medicine.
