Herodia Allen

Herodia Allen is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic growth across top-tier academic and integrated health systems. With a strong background in healthcare operations, Herodia has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead complex healthcare organizations through periods of growth and transformation. In her role, she will guide the senior leadership team as they focus on advancing strategic initiatives, expanding clinical services, and fostering partnerships across the Inland Southern California region.

Herodia brings a strong track record of delivering results in clinical quality, care experience, and financial management. She joins the UCR Health team having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for the Woodland Hills and West Ventura service areas at Kaiser Permanente. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Stanford Health Care and UCSF Medical Center.

She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and English from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
