There are two ways to create your MyUCRHealth account:
- At your next scheduled office visit, ask your care team about registering for a MyChart account. Your care team can help you register for a MyChart account during your visit or provide you with an activation code to register at home.
- No Activation Code? Request to sign up by calling Customer Support at (619) 543-5220.
