Jasmine Correa, MD

My patient care philosophy is rooted in partnership and mutual trust. I believe patients are the true experts of their bodies and lived experiences. As a gynecologic surgeon, my role is to educate and guide patients through complex diagnoses, working together to create care plans that reflect their individual goals and priorities.

Dr. Correa is the proud daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico and was born and raised in the Inland Empire. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle, then returned home to attend medical school at the UC Riverside School of Medicine. Dr. Correa went on to complete her ObGyn residency at UC San Francisco and is currently pursuing subspecialty training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at UC Riverside. She is married to her medical school sweetheart, now a Family Medicine physician, and together they are thrilled to be back in the Inland Empire serving the community they call home, with their spunky cat, Yzma, by their side.

• Outside of medicine, what do you enjoy doing? My hobbies include playing piano and volleyball. I also dedicate time to my garden and fruit trees. Currently, we have lemons, oranges, clementines, citron, and loquats.
• Why did you choose your specialty and what are a few ways specialists in your field are making a difference in the world? I chose Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery because I truly appreciate caring for women through their lifespan and spectrum of reproductive health needs outside of pregnancy. I love educating and guiding patients through complex gynecologic diagnoses and surgical management, instilling them with confidence and improvement in their overall quality of life. I am a strong advocate for women's reproductive justice and get to advocate for women through my daily work.
